The Inglewood Manor development homes have sold quickly in spite of the slower market in the general area over the past year.   Sales have ranged from about $220,000 up to about $270,000 depending on amenities offered in each home.   Lot size and location, garages, family rooms, sun rooms, and various upgrades effect the sale price and desirability of each home.
